Notes from the event organizer:
- Please contact us if you have a team to register for volleyball. If we have more than two teams registered, we will have a mini-volleyball tournament!
- Please contact us if you have a team to register for soccer. If we have more than two teams registered, we will have a mini-soccer tournament!
- The program includes a contest for the best costume. Everyone who comes in the costume will be included in a competition for prizes.
- Bring guitars and harmonicas if you enjoy playing and singing
- We invite families with kids for early BBQ dinner. Kids can have fun in the beautiful outdoor area & playground.There are some goodies waiting for kids and they have free entrance.
- Are you single and looking to meet someone new? You will have a great opportunity to meet & mingle.
- Are you new in Vancouver and looking for a job? Are you a business owner and looking for a new employee/helper? Come to the party and mingler!
- Do you have a business and would like to promote or sell your products at our event? You can do that! Just call us for more info!

Running throughout the Olympic Winter Games, this extraordinary celebration will showcase free performances, displays and activities. The site will open each weekday at 3:00 pm and will close at 11:00 pm and on weekends will be open from noon to 11:00 pm.

The large tent which houses the indoor stage will also be fully licensed for liquor service and will feature a wide variety of ethnic foods. The festival site will also include interactive areas for the festival audience, including a skating area with synthetic ice, toboggan zone with snow carpet, curling area, art market, interactive games and exhibits.
